East London’s latest musical export Kojo Funds has his sights set on the rest of the UK as he prepares to embark on tour next month. Setting sail from The Bodega, Nottingham on Wednesday 15th March, the Dun Talkin tour will set its compass for the likes of Sheffield, Bristol and Brighton, with a show also lined up in his native city. Selected guests will featuring at each of the individual dates on the tour.
Following in the footsteps of a healthy line of East London artists to crack the UK’s burgeoning urban scene, Kojo Funds genre defying jams have quickly been documented as winning party fodder. With a style that fuses Caribbean tinged vocals with grimey interludes that gently lap up against bumping instrumentals, the vocalist/rapper has already scooped notable accolades such as MOBOs 2016 Song Of The Year for Dun Talkin, and looks to be showing no signs of slowing in the year.
Tickets for dates on Kojo Funds Dun Talkin tour are on sale now.
