Leeds Festival have added a huge list of stellar acts to their 2018 lineup. Following their initial announcement, which saw the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Fall Out Boy and Kings Of Leon announced, as well as other acts Panic! At The Disco, Wolf Alice, Post Malone, Dua Lipa, Courteeners, Skepta and many more, the north’s huge muti-stage and multi-genre weekend have revealed another slew of over 40 more acts to their lineup.
From the indie genre noughties legends The Kooks, newbies Shame, rock’n’roll quartet The Vaccines, psych-tinted outfit The Horrors and American band The Front Bottoms to Brit-grad-turned-independent artist Kate Nash and more, plenty of artists will be offering guitar-dominated sounds. Also promising guitar sounds are the heavier acts that bring the noisier versions of rock to the Bramham Park festival, with Don Broco, La Dispute, Billy Talent, Deaf Havana as well as London punks Slaves. Dance music, grime and hip hop also get a fair share of artists representing their genres, with Fire In The Booth presenter Charlie Sloth, rapping duo Krept & Konan, Lisa Mercedez, American hip hop star Travis Scott and more offering beats and bars, with a versatile mix of electronic acts including Kölsch, TQD, a live set from Wilkinson, Danny Howard, Sonny Fedora, Shadow Child, drum and bass heroes Pendulum and many others.
Leeds Festival brings this lineup among others to Bramham Park in Wetherby on August Bank Holiday weekend, which runs through from Friday 24th until Sunday 26th August. See the full additions below.
