The full lineup has now been announced for Made In Leeds Festival, and looking at the accompanying site map it seems Thwaite Mills is going to make a lovely setting for the four stages of music. With Mistajam, Tom Zanetti & K.O Kane, Marc Leaf and the Back To Basics crew among those who’ll be performing, the festival looks sure to make Saturday 1st July a day worth remembering this year.
The amazing new location, an island in the Leeds canal, looks like it’ll make the perfect setting for a festival of this scale, running from 1pm until 11pm as some of the city’s best DJs take charge of the music. Featuring unbelievable open-air stages, secret gardens and natural forest, Made In Leeds is a celebration of Leeds’ homegrown party culture, with various forms of dance music on show alongside visual performances and the magical scenery. With arenas hosted by Insomnia, Federation, Basics and Fibre, the festival is an introduction to Leeds for those not familiar with its rich dance scene, and a celebration for those who are. With VIP areas, a jager bar and those all important market stalls, the day party will be brimming with Yorkshire pride as it opens up at the most exciting location of its four years of running.
