It was a long time ago that Leeds’ MiNT established themselves as one of the big hitters in the UK’s northern underground scene, and with years of experience behind them they’ve pulled off a pretty extraordinary set of bookings for the 2018 winter and spring season. Boasting the likes of Moodymann, Flava D, Hannah Wants, Eats Everything and more, as well as birthday bashes for MiNT Warehouse, Jungle Jam and system., the MiNT Club and MiNT Warehouse lineups are enough to get discerning dancers’ pulses racing.

This Friday marks the start of the special run, with UK garage and grime specialist Flava D playing MiNT Warehouse as a guest of Detonate, before the same venue celebrates its 6th birthday with Eats Everything, Josh Wink and more on Saturday. Jungle Jam follows suit on Friday 2nd February, with Hype and DJ Marky offering top drawer DnB, whilst Distortion offer DJ Guv, Eksman and Bassboy among others for their opening party.

Ten years of system. has also flown by, and Archie Hamilton b2b Enzo Siragusa b2b Rossko will help get festivities on the way as Fuse join Binh and Onur Ozer for a night with some of MiNT’s closest friends. Dirty Disco, returning to MiNT Warehouse on Saturday 10th February, also boasts a weighty bill, most notably for the inclusion of house and techno don Derrick Carter. Moving into March, Detroit’s most eccentric character Moodymann is pick of the bunch, playing for Set Twenty One’s 6th birthday on Friday 16th March, in what will be an extended trip into the belly of soulful house music.
