Breakout grime star Nadia Rose and dub sound system Mungo’s Hi Fi are the latest acts to be announced for Madness’ House Of Common.
Taking place on Monday 28th August, the day festival will set up at London’s Clapham Common with a lineup perfectly assembled to encapsulate the Bank Holiday carnival atmosphere.
Festival curators Madness take the sunset slot on the main stage, while other notable appearances throughout the day will include De La Soul, David Rodigan, Soul II Soul, Craig Charles and Norman Jay MBE.
Much less experienced on the big stage she may be, but the newly added Nadia Rose is top of the class in grime’s most recent graduates, and has taken little time to turn her talents into proven credentials with debut hit ‘Skod’. Further new additions consist of Venum Sound and Desmond Dekker’s former backing band The Aces.
Tickets to House Of Common are set to increase in price on Thursday 1st June.
