Noel Gallagher and his band the High Flying Birds have been announced to be taking on a massive show in the iconic singer’s home city of Manchester in June next year, marking a momentous occasion in music as ten years have passed since his last appearance in the historic location of Heaton Park with former band Oasis. Following last year’s highly anticipated album release from the Flying Birds, Who Built The Moon, which garnered the ‘rock and roll star’ a number one slot in the album chart - his 10th as part of both Oasis and High Flying Birds - Noel continues to prove his legend status. Fellow Manchester legends Doves will be joining Gallagher for what promises to be an iconic day celebrating the city’s rich music culture and history, alongside Texas four piece White Denim.
