BPM Festival Portugal will get off to a sweltering start as September sees the festival make its European debut, and the stunning location will be matched by the music thanks to a stella lineup that includes Kenny Larkin, Heidi, Dubfire and many more. Offering showcases from Paradise, Ya’ah Muul and All Day I Dream, the festival will pool together some of the biggest stars in house and techno, and that’s with only the first three showcases announced.
Jamie Jones’ Paradise are the first called up to show off their talents, and will take to No Solo Agua with their distinctive brand of clean-cut tech house floor shakers. Brooklyn to Los Angeles brand All Day I Dream are also stepping in, taking the emotional techno that Matthew Dekay and partner in crime Lee Burridge specialise in to Blanco Beach Club. Aiming to create a unique ambience created at carefully curated spaces, the ethereal atmosphere that All Day I Dream serve up will be an intriguing addition to the festival.
The final showcase announced so far is devoted to Ya’ah Muul at Centro de Congressos do Arade, described as one of the marquee signings of this year’s BPM Festival. Known as almost a festival in its own right, Ya’ah Muul has this year hosted the likes of Carl Cox, Steve Lawler, Guy Gerber and more, including a very cheeky b2b2b between The Martinez Brothers, Seth Troxler and Loco Dice. You can expect bookings in a similar vein as BPM Portugal looks to assert itself as one of Europe’s best festivals from the get go.
BPM Portugal takes place across multiple venues from Thursday 14th to Monday 18th of September.
