The countdown to one of Manchester’s biggest summer events is well underway, and with just six weeks to go, the anticipation is on another level. Previous years have put Parklife Festival on the map for their unparalleled high-end production and high calibre lineup to match, with the 2018 edition being no exception.
This year, Parklife Festival have managed to add to the existing buzz, by revealing the details of a brand new stage to take over Heaton Park this June. Named ‘The Valley’, it will host some massive acts, including Annie Mac, Stefflon Don, A$AP Rocky, Giggs, Carl Cox, Bicep, IAMDDB and more on it’s Bladerunner runner inspired structures, which takes cues from the cult film and the downtown streets of Japan’s capital city, Tokyo. Designed and built to transport festival goers to a faraway and far Eastern place, this year’s stage addition is bound to break the mould, making 2018 the best year yet for Parklife.
