The announcement of a three-hour b2b set from Dixon and Solomun has seen excitement for Exit Festival hit another level completely, with the two superstar DJs set to collaborate on Friday 7th July at the massive Exit Dance Arena. Taking place from Thursday 6th to Sunday 9th July, the festival at Novi Sad in Serbia is shaping up to be one of the biggest of the summer again this year, with headline sets from Liam Gallagher, Hardwell, Paul Kalkbrenner and more already booked in, and so the latest round of announcements are only going to raise hype further. The addition of the distinctive soul vocals of Rag’n’Bone Man, a DJ set from Faithless and a visit from Australian trio RÜFÜS make this a particularly large development in the Exit storyline.
The figurehead branch of the Exit Summer of Love, Exit festival is accompanied by sibling festivals in Montenegro, Romania and Croatia in celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love. Each bringing a wealth of musical talent to a warm climate and picturesque location, the four festivals each have their own merits, but it is Exit that is indisputably the crown jewel in the Summer of Love collection, having already established itself as one of Europe’s best summer festivals. Also featuring the likes of Black Coffee, Duke Dumont, Recondite, Jamie Jones and Jake Bugg, Exit is looking like it’ll be as big as ever before when it returns this July, with a collaborative performance between Innervisions boss Dixon and Diynamic Music’s Solomun adding further to its appeal.
Tickets for Exit Festival come with a few different options, with discount packages including other Summer of Love festivals also available. The Summer of Love 2017 package includes Exit, Sea Dance and Sea Star for just £119.90 for the three, whilst the Adventure 2017 covers Exit and Sea Dance Festival and is £108.90. Both options, as well as standard Exit tickets, are now on sale.
