Ticket Arena aims sights on Outstanding Customer Service award

At Ticket Arena our sights are constantly set on improving, and so we’re always looking for feedback from the people that matter most: our customers. Your opinions matter, and whether good, bad or in between, we want to hear them.

This year, we’re in with a shot of winning the award for Outstanding Customer Service in entertainment ticketing at this year’s Society of Box Office Managers event.

Our customer support team work really hard to serve you all, and whether they’re answering tweets and Facebook messages from morning to night, taking weekend calls to help you sort your last minute tickets or working long hours under the sun on site at events, they always go the extra mile to do right by our customers.

We’re really proud of the team, so we couldn’t be happier that they’ve got this opportunity to be recognised for all their hard work, and we’re hoping that you’ll feel the same.
