Tinie Tempah, Katy B, Andy C, Rudimental and Stormzy among acts set to bring the heat at Lockdown.
Exeter’s Lockdown Festival has packed a hefty lineup into two days, with plenty of headline grabbing bookings thrown together for a spectacle in drum and bass, rap and UK dance. The event runs from Friday 9th of September, with the main music kicking off the next day and running through until Sunday evening.
First name drawn from the hat, Tinie Tempah sits proud at the top of the main stage lineup on Saturday, just above one of Rinse FM’s biggest success stories in the form of singer and songwriter Katy B. The Peckham-born artist first gained attention through collaborations with the likes of Magnetic Man, DJ Geeneus and DJ NG, quickly becoming one of the most recognisable voices in dubstep, and has gone on to become one of the biggest pop stars in the UK following well-received albums in 2011, 2014 and 2016.

Taking up their mantles on the Sunday, Rudimental and DnB legend Andy C top the bill, with Stormzy, Sub Focus, Netsky and Wilkinson offering up the rest of the main stage bookings. Chase & Status, Sigma and Krept & Conan join Tinie Tempah and Katy B on Saturday’s main stage.
Lockdown also arranges acts along three more stages each day, with Steve Lawler presenting the likes of Matthias Tanzmann, B Traits and Denney on Saturday, whilst on Sunday the Lockdown Presents stage sees DJ Zinc and Charlie Sloth head a bill that also includes Shift K3y and Yungen. A So Solid showcase, Blonde, Chris Lorenzo and many more also take to the stage across the two day festival, which is set in the grounds of the 14th Century Powderham Castle.
