With only 2 weeks to wait, MADE Birmingham have been putting some finishing touches on the festival that will be occupying The Digbeth Triangle on the 25th July.
With a daytime line up that features the likes of MK, Wilkinson, Adam Shelton & Subb-an, Claude VonStroke, Doorly, David Rodigan, Blonde, Beardyman and Nightmares On Wax, this year MADE Birmingham is set to bring a fury of various sounds and styles of electronic music to The Digbeth Triangle.
To add a visual element to the stunning line up of aural treats, Birmingham based art Production Company Fortyeights have been enlisted to create a Graffiti mural to display throughout the day at MADE. Designed out of inspiration surrounding Digbeth’s vibrancy and the cities motto ‘Forward’, the piece has been in the making throughout recent weeks and will be completed by the 25th for the public to see at the festival.
The final and arguably most exciting announcement surrounding MADE Birmingham is the news of ‘MADE… My Night’, the after party that will see 4 rooms of music play through to the early hours of the morning at The Rainbow Venues. The Warehouse, The Terrace, The Garden and the brand new venue The Blackbox will all be going until 6am with special reappearances from artists who have already played at MADE, as well as a selection who will be performing exclusively as the afters.
The Warehouse will be hosted by Defected, who are bringing DJ SKT, Sonny Fodera, Sam Divine and Ten Story to the table, while the terrace will welcome the sun back to the sky with a special Sunrise Party, featuring Lee Foss, Santero and Neil Navarra, not to mention Claude VonStroke and Doorly who will be performing back to back as the sun rises.
The Blackbox’s meaty new sound system will be abused by Kove, Endor, LFM & Mali, Dirtbox, Drytek and Glokey and the Garden will welcome Ashley Fearn, Dave Angle, Jess Monroe and many more.
