MiNT Warehouse is reaching the ripe old age of 5 at the end of this month, and to make sure everybody knows MiNT has put together a very special event on Saturday 28th January. Topped by a very special mystery guest and with sets from Jackmaster and Elliot Adamson also locked in, the night will surely be a suitable celebration for a club that has enjoyed nothing but success over its half-decade life, and will provide an obvious location for any Leeds-based students looking to find their feet on the dancefloor again after the taxing January exam period.
Since the huge club opened back in 2012, MiNT Warehouse’s sound system has transmitted tunes selected by some of the finest DJs around, and it’s no wonder that the team behind it have elected to make it a big one on the milestone birthday. Glasgow’s Jackmaster has been one of the most prominent selectors in the UK in recent years, touring with superhuman energy and making a name for himself as both an extraordinary DJ and a fearless leader in the art of partying. Head of the influential label Numbers and a regular at all of the finest underground clubs in the UK and Europe, Jackmaster has been a defining character in a scene that seems to be strengthening every year, and is a fitting artist for an occasion such as this.
More news on the lineup might be on the way, but when it comes to buying tickets for this one there really is no time like the present...
