[Mix Of The Week #23] Art Department at W Hotel Barcelona – Off Sonar (June 2011)

For the 23^rd Mix Of The Week selection we look ahead to this weekend's 10 Years Of Crosstown Rebels Rebel Rave party at Leeds' Canal Mills (also with a little nod to the upcoming Sonar Festival/Off Sonar which seems to be dominating social media of late).  This mix was recorded from an Off Sonar 2011 party at the infamous W Hotel, Barcelona and is a perfect example of just why the Canadian duo are so loved the world over.  Ever since their huge release Without You, in the summer of 2010 and their debut DC10 gig which followed for Tania Vulcano's Pandemonium with a set two days later at Circoloco, the pairing have been arguably the most popular duo of the underground.

Previous times in Leeds have seen sets for mono_cult and Back To Basics, but this time round it is Canal Mills who have snatched up the booking.  Joining them will be label boss, Damian Lazarus, the newest lady of Crosstown Rebels, Francesca Lombardo, Jozif and more.
