Jaymo & Andy George and their MODA imprint have been going strength to strength over the past couple of years. From their humble beginnings throwing unlicensed warehouse parties to the now 2-year-old Lost Village festival, the brand has been growing stronger by the minute since its birth.
The next MODA party will see a return to The Engine Shed in their hometown of Lincoln joined by a trio of guests who have worked closely with the label founders since its inception.
The first of the guests needs no introduction. BBC Radio 1 DJ Annie Mac has hosted her Friday night show for a number of years and was one of the first to showcase Jaymo & Andy George as producers after they themselves had been radio hosts. Annie has been non-stop this year with her Annie Mac Presents Tour that has been visiting cities across Europe, with her own Lost & Found festival also debuting last year.
As always, Jaymo & Andy George will be playing alongside their headliner complete with another duo of guests who have both had releases on MODA’s sister label MODA Black during recent months. The first of the two is Secondcity; the man responsible for the 2014 summer hit I Wanna Feel, not to mention a number of other underground cuts on the aforementioned label. The final guest is Hauswerks, who has been another instrumental part in the rise in popularity of both the label and MODA parties.
