Surprise surprise, England’s footballing stars have come crashing out of a tournament prematurely and can now add an extra fortnight to their summer holiday. For those who’s faith in the England team has still yet to be worn down by constant disappointment, your pre-arranged plans of watching the three lions lift the trophy July 10th are in as many pieces as Roy’s managerial reputation.
Not to worry, rather than face the possibility of watching Wales lift the trophy, there’s plenty going on over the weekend of the 8th-10th July that will take your mind right off the football. Saturday 9th July brings a host of options including the multi-sensory spectacular that is EDC UK, Cocoon In The Park and the inaugural Sunfall festival in London. Sunday 10th July sees One Dance Festival take to Stetham Common for a day long party showcasing the best in garage right through to old skool and D&B.
See, it’s not all doom and gloom!
