Science infused festival, Bluedot have revealed more names for this years festivities which take place at the Jodrel Bank Observatory from the 22nd-24th July.
French electronica duo Air will be conjuring an array of dreamscapes as they take to the main stage on the Saturday night before handing over headliner duties to Jean-Michel Jarre. Having crafted a signature cosmic sound since their emergence onto the scene in the mid nineties, the Parisian are sure to provide the perfect soundtrack when appearing at the science orientated festival.
Synthesiser legend Brian Eno will also be appearing at the festival to unveil his specially designed artwork that will take its place upon the site’s Lovell telescope over the course of the festival. So far hard style progressive house purveyors Underworld have already been announced as headliners for the festival along with Dan Snaith, who is set to appear under his Caribou moniker. A selection of weekend and day tickets for Bluedot are on sale now.
