Today marks the second release of the 2013 Live From Jodrell Bank Transmissions.
2013 is the 40th anniversary of the legendary Pink Floyd album, Dark Side Of The Moon, and 6th July will see The Australian Pink Floyd Show, AKA Australian Pink Floyd, take to the stage below the famous Lovell Telescope at the Jodrell Bank centre.
The all day event will also feature performances from support acts, yet to be announced, as well as unique science workshops, lectures, experiments and free access to the new visitor centre, all included as part of the ticket price.
Come the evening though, and it is all about the music as The Australian Pink Floyd Show bring their incredible recreation of Pink Floyd’s famous later world tours, making full use of visual aids, inflatables, light shows, lazer shows and more to the Jodrell Bank site. Couple this show with the production capabilities at Live From Jodrell Bank, including large scale productions on the iconic Lovell Telescope, and it is set to be the perfect marrying of audio and visual entertainment.
