For an entirely brand new festival Outbreak in Coventry have managed to collate a line-up as good as any you’ll see this summer. As spring starts to appear (Saturday 1st - Sunday 2nd March), the Ricoh Arena will play host to stellar names such as Amine Edge, Hannah Wants, Leftwing and Kody and Artful Dodger - be sure to check out the full lineup listed below. Stand by as well for the 2nd wave of artist announcements on the 16th of January.
Among the other artists confirmed already are house music legends Kerri Chandler and Dennis Ferrer, as well as one of the stars of 2013, Josh Butler.
There is a hotel inside the Ricoh Arena, which will serve as somewhere good to put your head down for the disconcerting raver who doesn’t like to voyage around in the quest for somewhere to stay. For anyone coming from outside the Midlands coaches have been laid on from pretty much every major city in the UK all for the reasonable price of £5.50.
Eight arenas will play host to around 10,000 people over the course of the weekend and with official after parties to also be announced, the weekend should serve as a decent warm up to any summer plans. With involvement from labels such as Hot Creations, Noir and Defected there will be no shortage of quality on offer.
