SubSoul is taking over The Nest in London this July for four consecutive dates that will see a flurry of special guests as well as their trusty residents playing in one of the capitals most exciting intimate spaces.
Every Saturday throughout the month, the house, garage and bass music institution will take the reins for four parties lasting through the day and night, with the daytime leg taking place on a Thames boat party whilst the soirees will happen at The Nest in Dalston. Expect cocktails and sunset vibes on the River Thames through the day as Subsoul sets sail to their evening destination, where you can expect to see the genre’s heaviest hitters playing in the basement until the early hours.
The first of the four dates will welcome the Birmingham based jacking house maestro and OWLSA main man Chris Lorenzo as well as Braxton and Leon Lour on July 2nd before the second party a week later plays host Bodhi, the Black Butter Records favourite who’s dance floor ready sounds are uplifting and dusty. Here there will also be Richason, the Subsoul DJs and a very special guest. Saturday the 16th of July welcomes the one and only Lowsteppa, who has been one of Sub Soul’s favourite DJs for a long while. Not only the host of a Rise FM show, Lowsteppa is the head honcho of the Simma Black imprint and will be playing at The Nest alongside newcomer Jaded. The final party of the residency will end things with a bang as Mak & Pasteman, Kry Wolf and MANT turn out to perform.
