The Telegraph Cruise Show is this year making port in Liverpool on October the 11th and 12th, the coastal city where the first ever cruise ship set sail. Opened by the Mayor of Liverpool, the event will take place at The Echo Arena and will see a huge line up of celebrity speakers, journalists and cruising brands bringing their teams over to meet you, the guests. These experienced cruisers will be on hand to give you advice on desirable destinations, excursion information and give you an insight into life on board a cruise ship.
Whether you are a first time cruiser of an experienced voyager, The Cruise Show will give you a chance to search for your next adventure and help you plan it down to a tee. Experts, celebrity travellers and cruise staff will all be under one roof to talk you through how to fabricate your ultimate cruise. The likes of P&O Cruises, Cunard, Hapag Lloyd and Fred Olsen will be on site to tell you about their most recent and future travels amongst a plethora of others. The destinations theatre, cruise lines theatre and master classes are also all in place to help give you a taste of what you can expect on board.
As 2014 is due to be Liverpool’s biggest year for cruising, due to see over 70,000 passengers arriving from more than 50 ships, this is a great opportunity to become a cruising aficionado or continue on your journey into pastures new.
