From the highest peaks in Aspen, Colorado to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, all the way to the more familiar surroundings of London and Manchester, seasoned professionals, sporting experts, traders and fans of skiing and snowboarding will be coming together to celebrate the sport at The Telegraph’s Ski and Snowboard show. With a host of activities that you can get involved in whether you’re an expert on the slopes or never even stepped foot on one, it is a great opportunity for a family day out, to meet sporting idols or to simply meet other people who are share the snowy interest.
Held in two locations at Earls Court in London and Eventcity in Manchester, The Telegraph’s Ski and Snowboard Show will be playing host to over 250 top brands, Olympic athletes, chalet operators and tour companies who will be showcasing the best in winter sports through a variety of shows and endeavours.
For first timers there will be beginner lessons, performances from “the UK’s finest riders” and opportunities to seek out and book a stay at your first ever ski resort. For more confident skiers and snowboarders there will be intermediate lessons as well as mountain talks from inspiring experts. The most discerning sporting types will also be well catered for with freestyle lessons and places to buy top of the range gear. Après entertainment and regional food and drink will also be available throughout the duration of the shows.
The Manchester instalment (picture above and below) at Eventcity will be taking place from the 24th to the 26th of October, with the London event at Earls Court 2 starting on the 30th of October, finishing on the 2nd of November.
