Festival season is in full swing at the moment, with what is widely regarded to be Scotland’s best music festival having just passed us by. T In The Park takes place over three days at Strathallan Castle and this year saw another great line up spread over six stages. Those that appeared include pop sensation Jess Glynne, dancefloor rockers LCD Soundsystem, Jamie XX and also a Slam Tent full of underground gems including Ricardo Villalobos, Raresh, Richie Hawtin and Jeff Mills.
The BBC were at T In The Park all weekend and managed to catch a load of highlights from the festival, with their cameras mainly dropping in on the Main Stage and Radio 1 stage. A pick of the most exciting include festival headliners Red Hot Chilli Peppers, who will also top the bill at Reading & Leeds next month, as well as band of the moment Slaves, who rocked the Main Stage on Saturday. Annie Mac also put in a great party starting performance on the Radio 1 Stage, as did Hannah Wants. Hannah will be appearing alongside Annie later this year during Annie’s three all day raves in some of the best clubs in the UK. Finally, the Oasis likened band from Australia DMA's made one of their many UK festival appearances this year.
