2011 saw Manchester’s finest dance institution open up a highly anticipated new branch, and though the original no longer stands in the UK’s North, Sankeys Ibiza is alive and at the height of its powers. There’s glitz and glamour all over the White Isle, but sometimes you can’t beat a good old fashioned basement crack on, and for that, Sankeys can’t be beaten.
